Their cars are kept in pristine condition indoors, they respond quickly after inquiries, and they were not at all pushy or trying to constantly oversell me into a more expensive car. All of their details about the car in the CarGurus listing were correct, and their website gave more details along with over 40 photos of the car. I'll recommend anyone I know who is car shopping to go see Steve Lawson (owner) at CarPros in Lake Norman. It should also be noted that when I had to unexpectedly buy a new car, I started this search days before NC got the stay at home order. Steve still met me at the dealership with plenty of cleaning supplies to let me test drive the car safely, and I ended up buying it that day. He explained all the paperwork and financial side very well. Also to note, out of 7 cars at 7 different dealerships, this was the only dealership that had accurately listed the specs on the car.
